Is the Barn temperature controlled?

It sure is!

Do you host weddings and receptions on holiday weekends?

Yes, however, Sundays preceding a holiday will be at the Saturday rate.

Can I make changes to a Reception Package if I change my mind?

Unfortunately No, The Reception Package you choose for your reception is final after your 45 day mark meeting. You will not be refunded for any elements you wish, later, not to incorporate into your reception.

What happens if I’ve planned an outdoor ceremony and it rains?

In case of inclement weather, your ceremony will be held in the BARN. If you’re also holding your reception in the BARN, we will work with you to create a plan that will work for both your ceremony and reception.

Can we create our own ceremony and reception decorations?

Yes! We invite you to personalize your wedding with your own decorations to make your day extra special.

Can we bring in some of our own food for our reception?

We are pleased to offer our exclusive caterers, Beyond Events, who are eager to collaborate with you to fulfill your food and beverage requirements. They are prepared to accommodate your budget as well as any special dietary needs you may have. You are also welcome to choose your own outside caterer for food and beverages. Please note that if you opt for an outside caterer, it must receive approval from SCF and address both food and bar services together. Additionally, there is an external catering fee that will be applied.

There are some additional things we would like to have that are not listed. Can you help us make arrangements to bring those elements into our ceremony and/or reception?

Of course! We have many different options available for you to customize your special day, but if you don’t see something listed that you would like to include in your wedding day, just let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate your wishes.

Why are there some dates that are not available for our wedding on The Farm?

Siegel’s is still an operating farm with many events in early fall that people across the region count on every year; our famous Pumpkin Fest. We do still host Wedding and Events during Late September thru October but only by request.
However the property will be unavailable for events from the months of December through mid-April.

What kind of bathrooms do you provide?

We provide indoor flushable restrooms for our guests, with ample facilities to accommodate up to 250 individuals. Additionally, we offer several "fancy" custom-made portable bathrooms placed throughout the venue for those who prefer them.

What if guests want to stay longer eating and drinking?

We understand that celebrations can go a little longer than planned. You and your guests are welcome to stay for an additional venue rental fee and per person fee, per hour bar fee.
If staying at a local hotel from our vendor list you can continue your party till morning :-)

Can we add additional hours to our package?

Yes, you are more than welcome to add on additional hours for a fee.

How late can my reception go?

The latest you can rent the venue is midnight.

When does the Bar close for the night?

Last call is 30 minute prior to your end time. With lights turning on at 15 minutes prior.

Will someone be on property to help me with my Special Day?

Yes, our wedding coordinators will be on site on the day of your wedding till after you have your last dance of the night as a married couple to make your day as special as you and your special someone.

Do you allow shuttle services?

Yes, we actually recommend shuttle services to make sure all our guests get home safely after a memorable day.
